Everything you need to get the most out of MarketiQ AI — quick start, the five agentic stages, module reference, integrations, team management, and troubleshooting.

1. What is MarketiQ AI?

MarketiQ AI is the Autonomous Go-To-Market Operating System built by Trayarunya Ventures. It runs one closed loop — research → GTM strategy → creation → publishing → learning — across 30+ connected modules, for both Enterprise (B2B) and Consumer (B2C/D2C) go-to-market, so insight gathered in one place sharpens every other.

The product family includes:

  • Web platform (mymarketiq.online) — the full dashboard with all modules.
  • Chrome extension — LinkedIn profile analysis, smart connection notes, lead capture, and pipeline auto-sync.
  • LinkedIn Copilot desktop app (macOS) — a native growth cockpit with isolated sessions and human-pace daily caps.
  • Client portal — white-label approvals, reports, and attribution for your clients.

2. Quick Start

From zero to a live strategy in five steps:

  • 1. Create your workspace: Sign up at mymarketiq.online/signup and complete the guided onboarding — your brand, audience, and goals.
  • 2. Connect platforms: Go to Dashboard → Settings → Integrations and connect LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Meta, Google/YouTube, Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, or Shopify via OAuth.
  • 3. Run Deep Research: Point the engine at your website. It analyses your market, competitors, and audience to build your Content DNA.
  • 4. Generate your Master Strategy: The AI CMO produces a content calendar, campaign briefs, channel plan, and outreach plays.
  • 5. Create, approve, publish: Draft in the Studio, preview per-platform, schedule on the Calendar, and let analytics feed the learning loop.

3. The Five Agentic Stages

  • Learn & Compound: Analytics, attribution, experiments, and MMM feed results back into research and strategy — so the system gets smarter every cycle.

4. Module Reference

Key modules available from the dashboard sidebar:

  • Pipeline: Lead Finder, lead pipeline, ABM, ICP builder, forms, and referral tracking.
  • Brand & Growth: Brand kit, Content DNA, guardrails, content studio, decks, calendar, and publishing.
  • Intelligence: Research, insights, watchtower, reputation, experiments, forecast, MMM, attribution, and CRO.
  • B2B Engine: LinkedIn outreach, influencer discovery, and the AI prospect coach (via the Chrome extension).
  • Automation: AI team (agents), tasks, chat, and budget pacing.
  • Account: Team management with roles, white-label client portals, integrations, model settings, and billing.

5. Connected Platforms & Integrations

MarketiQ AI connects to platforms through their official APIs using OAuth — we never ask for your social passwords:

  • Social & publishing: LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube.
  • Analytics & search: Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
  • Ads: Google Ads (including Ad Grants) and Meta Ads.
  • CRM & commerce: HubSpot, Shopify.

Connections can be added or revoked anytime from Dashboard → Settings → Integrations. Each connection requests only the minimum scopes needed for the features you use — see Data Handling Practices.


6. Chrome Extension Guide

The extension turns LinkedIn into a guided growth surface:

  • Install: Download from the website, then load it via chrome://extensions → Load unpacked, and sign in with your MarketiQ AI account.
  • Profile optimization: AI audit of your own profile with copy-ready headline, about, and banner suggestions.
  • AI prospect coach: Open any profile — the agent analyses it and recommends connect, engage-first, or nurture.
  • Smart notes: Personalized connection notes and replies, always within LinkedIn's 280-character limit.
  • Pipeline auto-sync: Connects, messages, and follow-ups log to your workspace in real time.

7. Team, Roles & Client Portals

MarketiQ AI is multi-tenant by design — organisations, workspaces, and roles:

  • Roles: Owner, admin, manager, editor, and viewer control what each member can see and do. Invite teammates from Settings → Team.
  • Approvals: Route content through approval workflows before anything ships.
  • White-label client portals: Agencies can give each client a branded portal with approvals, reports, and attribution — without exposing the main workspace.

8. Plans & Billing

One engine, tuned to your scale — Pro for individuals and freelancers, Teams for companies and agencies (white-label portals, approvals, and reporting included). Manage your subscription, payment details, and invoices from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Plan changes are prorated and take effect immediately.


9. Troubleshooting & FAQs
