Getting Started

New to MarketiQ AI? Here is the fastest path to value:

  • 1. Create your workspace: Sign up at mymarketiq.online/signup and complete the guided onboarding — tell us about your brand, audience, and goals.
  • 2. Connect your platforms: From Dashboard → Settings → Integrations, connect LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Meta, Google, HubSpot, or Shopify. We only request the permissions needed for the features you use.
  • 3. Generate your strategy: The AI CMO builds a content calendar, campaign briefs, and outreach plays tailored to your business.
  • 4. Create and publish: Use the Content Studio to draft, preview, schedule, and publish content — including AI video generation with scene-level editing.
  • 5. Grow your pipeline: Install the MarketiQ AI Chrome extension to capture leads, run AI profile analysis, and sync every engagement back to your workspace automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

I can't log in / forgot my password.
Use the Forgot password link on the login page. If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check spam or contact us at admin@trayarunyaventures.com.

My connected account (LinkedIn, Google, Meta…) stopped syncing.
Tokens occasionally expire or get revoked by the platform. Go to Settings → Integrations, disconnect the affected platform, and reconnect it. Your historical data is preserved.

The Chrome extension shows "Not connected".
Open the extension popup, verify the API URL and workspace, and sign in again. Make sure you are using the latest version — download it here and reinstall via chrome://extensions → Load unpacked — then reload the LinkedIn tab.

Leads in my pipeline aren't linking to profiles.
Re-import your CSV or simply reload the leads page — the platform automatically recovers profile URLs from imported data. Ensure your CSV has a profile/LinkedIn URL column.

My scheduled post didn't publish.
Check Dashboard → Calendar for the post's status and error detail. The most common cause is an expired platform connection — reconnect and use "Retry".

How do I invite teammates?
Workspace owners and admins can invite members from Settings → Team with roles (admin, manager, editor, viewer) that control what each member can do.

AI video generation is stuck or failed.
Rendering can take a few minutes for longer scripts. If a job stays stuck for more than 15 minutes, retry from the Studio's video tab; if it persists, email us with the project name.


Billing & Plans

Subscriptions are managed from Dashboard → Settings → Billing, where you can upgrade, downgrade, update payment details, and download invoices.

  • Plan changes take effect immediately; charges are prorated.
  • Cancellations stop future renewals — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds & billing disputes: email admin@trayarunyaventures.com with your invoice number and we'll sort it out.

Data, Privacy & Account Deletion

You stay in control of your data:

  • Disconnect a platform anytime from Settings → Integrations — this revokes our stored tokens for that platform.
  • Export your data (leads, content, reports) from the relevant dashboard pages.
  • Delete your account: email admin@trayarunyaventures.com from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion". We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when complete.

  • Bugs: email admin@trayarunyaventures.com with the subject "Bug report", what you expected vs. what happened, and a screenshot if possible.
  • Feature requests: use the subject "Feature request" — product decisions are driven directly by customer feedback.
  • Security issues: please report vulnerabilities privately to the same address with the subject "Security" — do not disclose publicly. We respond to security reports with priority.
